We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced insurance sales and marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.

  • Support field-based Production team in achieving department goals
  • Tracking/reporting sales pipeline
  • Presenting at industry events/Overnight travel 25%

Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Skilled with Customer Relationship Management software and social media optimization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consensus building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • P&C/Life-Health Insurance license
