Kidron Bethel Village, a part of Bluestem Communities, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Director to lead our community. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents. Our community offers a range of services, including skilled nursing, rehab care, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living homes. Core Competencies:

  • Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and COO to evaluate the needs of the organization and develop strategic plans
  • Lead the team in finding solutions and implementing strategies to respond to the continually evolving industry
  • Facilitate the provision of services and programs throughout the Kidron Bethel Village community
  •  Delegate supervisory and accountability to managers of each department
  • Ensure policies and procedures for each department are kept current and compliant with regulations
  • Develop and implement operational and capital budgets for each department
  • Build and maintain good rapport and public relations with residents, families, and the community
  • Ensure all services provided adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements
  • Oversee resident/staff/community education, vendor coordination, and contracts and services
  • Serve on various committees and attend Bluestem

Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Holds Kansas Adult Care Home Administrator License or will complete licensure within one year of employment  Bachelor's Degree required – Additional geriatric experience preferred
  • Able to gain an understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements for nursing homes and assisted living facilities
  • Desire to work with older adults and provide compassionate care
  • Works well with all employees, at all levels, fostering a positive work environment
  • Ability to work with people in crisis situations and provide support
  • Able to represent Bluestem Communities and Kidron Bethel Village to the public in a professional manner
