The role of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) is to create and sustain an environment in the nursing home that promotes the highest possible quality of life for the residents. The LNHA will ensure that all federal and state requirements, along with Life Safety codes, are followed by the facility. The Leadership Skills of Leading, Organizing, Planning and Controlling will be used to meet the goals of the organization in the 5 Star measures: resident/family satisfaction, quality measures, census development, and staffing.  The LNHA will be responsible for the oversight of the 99-bed nursing home that is part of the greater Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) of Fairlawn.  Fairlawn has a strong tradition rooted in their faith and community.

Core Competencies:

  • Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License.
  • Experience in Senior Care Services is required.
  • Ability to follow all applicable current state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures for LTC.
  • Must be a strong communicator with experience in finance, clinical, and human resources.
