About the Role: FSA is seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic Director of Communications to lead the strategic communications efforts of our organization. As a national professional association of organizations serving older adults, FSA supports staff and governing boards through education, board and organizational development, and compliance services.
This is an exciting time to join FSA, as we prepare to merge with MHS Association, another values-aligned human services organization, in January of 2026. The Director of Communications will play a pivotal role in guiding the branding effort for the new organization, ensuring a seamless and impactful transition while maintaining consistency in brand articulation and positioning.
