The MHS Association Executive Circle is a year-long CEO leadership development program. It is designed for networking with other MHS Association CEOs, sharing challenges and confidences, developing greater clarity and creativity, and exploring current leadership issues. Whether new in the CEO role or seasoned in leadership, the Executive Circle is a place for inspiration, professional development, and collaboration with other CEOs. As the facilitator, MHS Association President/CEO, Karen Lehman will guide the group in discerning this year’s theme focusing on the inner life of leadership. Executive Circle is a safe setting with trusted colleagues designed to give you space for self-reflection, recharging, and considering your individual leadership journey.

The Sage Resource will facilitate two of the Chicago sessions and will support the theme of focusing on the inner life of a leader. The Sage is a business leader, spiritual director, and executive coach. In-person individual spiritual direction or coaching following the two Chicago sessions is included in the registration fee.
