MHS Association hosts quarterly webinars that focus on the integration of faith in the workplace. As part of that focus, we will be engaging in a discussion on justice. This is the second of a two-part series exploring how Anabaptist faith principles are rooted in justice, and how they apply within the workplace to create a culture of belonging.
In this second webinar, we will be joined by a panel of MHS Association members whose organizations are working towards the integration of justice into the workplace. They will explore what justice means within their respective organizations, examining its implications for both those served by the organization and its employees. With a focus on the ‘why’ behind fostering a just workplace, panelists will share their perspectives on the ethical imperative and strategic advantages of prioritizing justice within organizational culture.
Don’t miss this opportunity to gain insights and cultivate a deeper understanding of justice within organizational contexts.
