Member Recognition Awards

As individuals, as teams, and as organizations, you, our MHS Association members, are doing inspirational work! You are the hands and feet of Christ in your communities to those in need of care, support, and healing.

Each year at MHS Assembly, we will recognize those who are exemplifying Christ-like leadership and community as they seek to bring healing and wholeness through two MHS Association member recognition awards.

Koinonia Award

Given annually to one MHS Association Member organization that has demonstrated the Anabaptist principle of “community” as being central to their values and work.

Natan Award

Given annually to one MHS Association Member employee or team of employees who have exemplified Christ-like serving leadership, demonstrated by their generosity and willingness to support their teammates and clients.

Nomination Process

Nominations Accepted Between: December 2, 2024 - January 31, 2025

There is no limit to the number of individuals or teams of employees who can be nominated. All nominees must be an MHS Association member organization or work for an MHS Association member organization.

Nominations will be reviewed by an MHS Association Member Recognition Award Selection Committee made up of MHS Association staff and MHS Association member employees. Committee members will recuse themselves from voting on their own organization.

Awardees will be presented with a trophy and recognized at MHS Assembly, as well as through social media and a press release to Anabaptist publications.
